We began in 2018 as a coaching practice focused on individual growth and performance, but quickly narrowed our focus to helping group and organizational relationship systems thrive.
It’s founders, Andrew Della Rocca and Janine Rudder, have over 25-years of combined experience in education, training, and facilitation.
Andrew, the owner and founder, has worked on developing high-performing teams and organizations globally at public (VMWare), private and venture-funded (RallyBright) companies, non-profits (in Brazil) as well as in the public school system (Arlington Public Schools). Andrew’s speciality lies in Conflict Transformation and Relationship Systems Coaching where he has led processes to unleash the power of conflicts into constructive outcomes. He holds his MSc in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
Janine, the founding partner, has developed teams over the past decade at the United States Department of Education and Peace Corps. She is a board member at Peace of Mind - a non-profit devoted to promoting mindfulness in the k-12 setting - and was a Master Educator for the District of Columbia Public School system. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and Education from Columbia University.
